Introducing Stratham Chiropractors Dr. Bart and Dr. Pam Rzepa

At first, we were both skeptical about Chiropractic...

We had both injured ourselves at different times in our lives and Chiropractic was the last option after going the traditional medical route. Being a competitive swimmer for years took a toll on my neck and shoulders, I was at a point where I couldn't function without relying on pain medication. Soon after, I developed ulcers and was prescribed even more medications.  A friend told me about Chiropractic. The skeptic in me said no way, but in my heart I knew I couldn't go on like I was. I noticed a change after my first adjustment and  never looked back. I decided right then I wanted to help others regain and maintain their health.

As for Dr. Bart, he was a bodybuilder and suffered injuries to his back and all his major joints. "Growing up in Poland there were healers known as bone-setters, but I didn't know much about them. Once in the states I heard about Chiropractic through a weightlifting buddy. He told me they helped him with his strength and posture. I'll never forget what my chiropractor said on my first visit. He told me building muscle on a crooked spine is like building a house on a crooked foundation. It made perfect sense! I saw improvements in so many areas of my body, my overall health, and life. I knew it was the profession for me."

Our passion for Chiropractic is strong. In our practice we've seen  many Chiropractic miracles. Our goal is to serve the community, teach them as to the benefits of chiropractic care, and help others make wise choices regarding their health. Our number one priority is to honor our patients choices regarding their health, while at the same time, helping them find the best solution to their current problem. Over the years, we have helped many people regain their health, and empowered them to stay on a wellness and prevention path.

We choose Logan College of Chiropractic for our specific training in Chiropractic. For us, it was the most well rounded school in the science, art, and philosophy of Chiropractic.

We both graduated from a large NY high school in 1988. Later we met at a fitness club and rest is history. We now have 3 children, B.J. 8, Christian 6, and Faith 4. We love New England winters; skiing, skating, and snowboarding are family favorites. I am a avid golfer, although Dr. Bart is more interested in salt water fishing. For us, New Hampshire has so much to offer - the ocean, mountains, lakes, its a great state to raise a family in.

Being married to a Chiropractor makes it easy for us to fit Chiropractic care into our busy lives. Regular exercise, eating whole organic foods as much as possible, and taking good quality supplements make it easy for us to stay healthy. None of our children have ever needed antibiotics, or any other over the counter remedy.

Thanks for visiting our site. We look forward to meeting you in person and learning how we may be of service to you. Give our office a call, or email us using the link below and let’s arrange a time to explore your options.

Dr. Bart Asks some important questions of interest to Stratham residents - Chiropractor Stratham Dr. Bart Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Stratham chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
